The "without EFMA" variant is for KAH candidates who already hold a valid EFMA and don't need to re-sit that portion. Section C (the case study) is always MCQ-format scenario questions, not free-text essays.
Exam fee
The CEI exam fee is $174.40 (inclusive of GST) per test, the same for KAH and Basic. Note that this is charged per attempt — a re-take means paying the fee again. The fee is subject to change, so re-verify the current amount before you register.
How to register and book
The CEI test is administered by MOM's appointed assessment provider. Registration, scheduling and payment are handled through that provider's booking channel (NTUC LearningHub) rather than paid directly on the MOM site. Before you book, confirm:
